This is our first CO-HATY facility in the Vinnytsia region. In the former dormitory, we are going to create 13 apartments for long-term residence. The facility was transferred into community ownership.

The CO-HATY team re-planned the buildings into single or multi-room apartments for various families and a shared laundry room. At the same time, we are developing the legal framework within which the facility will function as community-based social housing for the first time.

The community of Shypynky is interested in creating more comfortable conditions for IDPs already living in nearby settlements. They are ready to offer jobs in the agricultural sector to the new residents of this CO-HATY housing. The entrance to the building will be inclusive.
